We handle staff and resident data. Rigour, review and clear reasoning matter more than speed for its own sake.
Small teams, real ownership
You own a product area end to end, discovery, delivery and the outcome it produces for providers.
Open roles
We do not have published vacancies at the moment. We still read every speculative application, particularly from people with a background in health and social care, compliance, or regulated SaaS.
